摘要: Black bear parathyroid hormone (PTH) and functional fragments thereof are provided. Also provided methods of using black PTH for increasing cAMP in a bone-forming cell; reducing apoptosis decreasing the ratio expression levels Bax protein to Bcl-2 level one or more bone matrix protein, transcriptional activator, regulator enhancing mineral density, mass, loss, incidence fractures, any combination thereof, subject; also antibodies directed against thereof.
