摘要: Methods for optimizing the atrio-ventricular (A-V) delay efficacious delivery of cardiac resynchronization therapy. In CRT devices, programmed A-V starts with detection electrical activity in right atrium (RA). Thus, a major component is time required inter-atrial conduction (IACT) from RA to LA. This IACT can be measured during implantation as atrial lead stimulation artifact local electrograms coronary sinus (CS) catheter. Assuming that beginning LA contraction closely corresponds activity, optimal AV should related between start and plus duration contraction. Thus ‘during pacing’ at correlated echocardiographically defined paced (PAV).
