摘要: Cephamycin C is produced in a nine steps pathway by the actinomycetes S. clavuligerus and N. lactamdurans. The genes encoding biosynthesis enzymes are clustered both microorganisms as well cephabacin producer Lysobacter lactamgenus, Gram negative bacterium. clusters of include common to penicillin cephalosporin eukaryotic producers Penicillium chrysogenum Cephalosporiun acremonium for specific formation precursor α-aminoadipic acid involved late modification intermediates pathway.
