摘要: Wnt ligands and Frizzled (Fz) receptors have been shown to activate multiple intracellular signaling pathways. Activation of the Wnt–β-catenin pathway has described in greatest detail, but it reported that Wnts Fzs also vertebrate planar cell polarity (PCP) Wnt–Ca2+ Although protein Dishevelled (Dsh) plays a dual role both PCP pathways, its potential involvement not investigated. Here we show Dsh deletion construct, XDshΔDIX, which is sufficient for activation pathway, three effectors pathway: Ca2+ flux, PKC, calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase II (CamKII). Furthermore, find interfering with endogenous function reduces PKC by Xfz7 interferes normal heart development. These data suggest utilizes Dsh, thereby implicating as component all Fz
