摘要: Researches in pharmaceutical fields are now focusing on biopolymer-based drug delivery systems for treatment of mild to severe diseases. Amongst all biopolymers, pectin is one the frequently available and eco-friendly bio-polymer extracted from different fruit peels abundantly nature. This study focuses extract two fruits using methods namely hot water-based extraction cold maceration, involving peels. Post isolation polymer, was performed characterization powder by particle shape, size distribution, surface area angle repose, flowability tapped density. The obtained used anti-psychotic when incorporated into microspheres solvent evaporation method. It’s morphology release kinetics analyzed vitro vivo models (goodness fit) assessed. result revealed that mango peel soxhlation method showed good flow rate, minimum shape porosity etc. Moreover, it better data both invitro in-vivo analysis. concludes future natural biopolymer like stands as a potential candidate formulation system efficient
