摘要: Maintaining cognitive function is a prerequisite for living autonomously in older age and it highly desirable to postpone decline as long possible. In order understand how shaped across the life course, necessary focus on course influences aging. The chapter gives selective review of current knowledge later-life with particular most recent developments research reserve between 2008 2013. First, theoretical framework epidemiology introduced. Then, an overview given that have been shown shape later function, important factors social behavioral nature, such education, work environment, physical activities. New contextual factors, neighborhood socioeconomic status, schooling laws, retirement policies then presented. ends prospects further research.
