摘要: A method and fluid for selectively reducing the permeability of an oil-bearing subterranean formation is disclosed, wherein a cross-linkable polymer, cross-linking agent spacer are alternately injected. The spacer, such as sodium citrate, permits repeated injection cycles polymer agents without excessive retention at or near face. Such filters out polymers inhibits propagation throughout formation. present invention also controlled deep penetration cross-linked into to increase oil recovery.
