摘要: This study was carried out to comparatively evaluate the bioaccumulation potency of Zn bulk and nanoparticles in Oreochromis niloticus investigate induced hematological histological alterations. Fish were exposed ½ LC50/96 h values both nano meal for 7, 14, 28 days. Concerning metal factor (BAF), data displayed that zinc (Zn NPs) had more efficiency penetrate studied tissues such as liver, kidneys, gills, skin, muscle. Hematological parameters named red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct) altered NPs treated groups after 14th 28th days while these recovered some extent particles (BPs) at end experimental period. The changes found be time dependent. Blood indices mean corpuscular volume (MCV) (MCH) revealed presence normocytic normochromic anemia most exposure periods except microcytic hypochromic 7th day fish. Based on points, several alterations kidney observed. Severely deformations observed fish which varied between adaptive tissue damage recorded increased compared BPs throughout periods.
