摘要: Entomophagy is a long-time practice and food source for many cultures. Still, societies have abandoned it long time ago, regard as primal behavior. However, nowadays, the challenge demand, with urge of new nutritional sources, problems undernourishment, mainly on underdeveloped countries, has reached point where perspective demanded. This review gathers some most recent studies regarding potential benefits concerns entomophagy, trying to show insects possible ways introduce them in cultures that disregarded entomophagy. taking its place, showing grand feed source. As neophobia disgust are main western barriers accept today's comprehension this processing capabilities can take source, any dish form. A simple but nutritive insect powder create path widely, sustainable, rich source-insects.
