摘要: We have previously shown that Hes1 is expressed both in putative epithelial stem cells just above Paneth and the crypt base columnar between cells, while completely absent cells. This study was undertaken to clarify role of cell differentiation, using Hes1-knockout (KO) newborn (P0) mice. Electron microscopy revealed premature appearance distinct containing cytoplasmic granules intervillous region Hes1-KO P0 mice, whereas those were wild-type (WT) In gene expressions cryptdins, exclusively present all enhanced compared with WT Immunohistochemistry demonstrated increased number lysozyme-positive cryptdin-4-positive small intestinal epithelium mice as Thus, appears an inhibitory differentiation intestine.
