摘要: Hepatic and biliary drug reactions have been increasingly recognized as major causes of liver tract diseases over the last 20 years [37, 66, 85, 90]. This may be explained by several factors. First, marked improvements made in diagnostic methods (viral serologic tests, ultrasonography, tomodensitometry, magnetic resonance imaging), allowing elimination other disease ascertainment potential involvement more accurately. Thus, hepatotoxicity some drugs, such amiodarone or amodiaquin used for than 25 years, was only a few ago [36, 70].
