摘要: Advancements in wireless communication and availability of miniaturized, battery powered micro electronics devices have revolutionized the trend computation activities to generation smart computing where spatially distributed autonomous with sensors forming sensor network (WSN) are utilized measure physical or environmental conditions. WSNs emerged as one most interesting areas research due its diverse application such healthcare, utilities, remote monitoring, cities, home which not only perform effective monitoring but also improve quality living. Even nodes can be strategically placed in, on, around human body vital physiological parameters well. Such is formed over termed area (WBAN) could beneficial for numerous applications eldercare, detection chronic diseases, sports, military. Hence, both deal sensitive data requires utmost security privacy. Thus, privacy issues challenges related WSN WBAN along defense measures place should studied detail will motivate researcher find their own path exercising better protection/defense. Accordingly, this chapter a brief overview networks presented inherent characteristics, need either illustrated Besides, study has been made regarding potential threats existing handle these issues. Finally open identified draw attention investigate further field.
