摘要: The purpose of the study was to investigate antioxidant characteristics Anisomeles indica methanol extract and inhibitory effect ovatodiolide on melanogenesis. In study, capacities A. such as DPPH assay, ABTS radical scavenging reducing capacity metal ion chelating well total phenolic content were investigated. addition, effects mushroom tyrosinase, B16F10 intracellular tyrosinase melanin determined spectrophotometrically. Our results revealed that increased in a dose-dependent pattern. purified inhibited activity (IC50 = 0.253 mM), compound also effectively suppressed 0.469 mM) decreased amount 0.435 manner cells. concluded displays from melanogenesis Hence, could be applied type dermatological whitening agent skin care products.
