摘要: Abstract CO2 efflux from a soil surface is usually highly heterogeneous. This can make difficulties in its estimation for the whole investigated site. Therefore, aims of this study were to determine spatial heterogeneity four different ecosystems, and minimum sample size required effectively estimate studied area. was measured at 30 64 positions spruce forest, beech grassland wetland during several campaigns. Mean normalized temperature 10 °C ranged between 1.37 3.57 μmolCO2 m−2 s−1, while highest values observed forest lowest wetland, where respiration processes reduced by high water content. The 15 57%, with ecosystem wetland. We found decrease increasing moisture sites At effect not caused oxygen limitation or content, but be attributed other properties co-varying site, mainly affected grass height. number measurement determined calculating SD thousand random selections numbers (n = 5–55). n value which displayed that ≤5% mean R10 data set. 9 35 it increased heterogeneity. relationship fit sigmoid regression.
