摘要: Purpose – The purpose of paper is to investigate the institutional features leasehold system Hong Kong, which predicated on freedom contract as an arrangement for land management and planning that promotes sustainable development.Design/methodology/approach approach analytical, using concepts property rights informed by Coasian neo‐institutional economics ideas Yu et al.
