摘要: Purpose: We evaluated the impact of localized prostate cancer treatment on general, specific and symptom domains quality life for up to 5 years after diagnosis.Materials Methods: A total 842 men from Health Professionals Followup Study, diagnosed between 1993 1998, were included in cross-sectional analyses associated with treatment. subset 146 1995 followed prospectively. Quality was assessed Medical Outcomes Study Short-Form 36 Status Survey, Cancer Rehabilitation Evaluation System Short Form University California Los Angeles Prostate Index by mailed questionnaires.
