摘要: Accurate measurements of CO2 efflux from soils are essential to understand dynamic changes in soil carbon storage. Column incubation experiments commonly used study water and solute transport; however, the use column has seldom been reported. In this study, a 150-day greenhouse experiment with two treatments (no-tillage tillage soils) was conducted evaluate applicability efflux. Both chamber measurement gradient method were used, results methods consistent: increased cumulative during period. Compared fieldwork, can create or precisely control experimental conditions thus have advantages for investigating influence climate factors human activities on They superior bottle because maintain structure that is almost same as field, facilitate analyses behaviour profile more accurate evaluations Although some improvements still required experiments, wider application expected.
