摘要: SUMMARY. In a Bernoulli census, the inclusion probabilities often vary with individ-uals. The dispersion score test is applied to homogeneity of probabilities.Three graphic diagnostics, log ratio plot, residual plot and gradient are used todetect existence heterogeneity. Confidence bands available for all three plots.Real data examples studied as illustration. 1. IntroductionConsider closed population finitely many individuals in which onemay be interested estimation size through cen-sus. This occurs fields like health sciences, system reliability sociolog-ical research (Chao, 2001). problem also arises from capture-recaptureexperiments if captured not removed time assumedto have no affect on capture probabilities. Suppose there N individualsindexed by i =1,2, ...N . We focus special case each indi-vidual assumed same probability included totally
