摘要: This paper reviews instrumented hip joint replacements, femoral replacements and fracture stabilizers. Examination of the evolution such implants was carried out, including detailed analysis 16 architectures, designed by 8 research teams implanted in 32 patients. Their power supply, measurement, communication, processing actuation systems were reviewed, as tests out to evaluate their performance safety. These only measure biomechanical thermodynamic quantities vivo, order use data conduct projects optimize rehabilitation processes. The most promising trend is minimize aseptic loosening and/or infection following or stabilization procedures using therapeutic actuators inside apply controlled stimuli bone–implant interface.
