摘要: Accumulating data obtained from various animal species indicate that vasopressin (AVP) participates in the regulation of adrenocortical function. AVP doubled aldosterone and cortisol secretion but did not affect corticosterone secretion. Pharmacological studies receptors cortex belong to V1 a subtype. Activation induces breakdown membrane phosphoinositides, with subsequent accumulation inositol phosphates diacylglycerol. These effects occur after receptor binding, G-protein activation coupling specific phospholipase C. Inositol trisphosphate, transiently produced, rapid release Ca2+ intracellular stores. Diacylglycerol activates protein kinase C, which, together calcium, is responsible for steroid The early events action are mediated by two types G-proteins. One coupled insensitive pertussis toxin (probably Gq/11) second one, which inactivated (Gi protein), involved stimulation calcium influx. This influx pathway very important, as no steroidogenic effect could be observed when experiments were performed calcium-free medium or toxin-treated cells. Besides pituitary, adrenal also source production. Indeed, synthesized secreted chromaffin cells either present medulla scattered throughout more prominent concentration zona glomerulosa. on However, contrast cortex, these mainly b subtype, although detected. results summarized this review conclusively one regulators both medulla, an influence may part via pituitary local production AVP.
