摘要: ICT has the potential to improve quality and efficiency of cooperation development efforts. However, there is a risk that ICT-enabled projects will worsen digital divide between urban rural areas. It therefore crucial involve areas early in these efforts, make sure their specific needs are addressed. Experiences field health healthcare have shown multilateral co-operation, involvement periphery importance supporting local contents development. Obviously, one challenges find sustainable ways promote remote, communities. likely solutions be needed different cultural social contexts, but replicable concepts identified.
