摘要: Today innovation and knowledge management are determining factors for success continuity of organizations. However, because they considered intangibles, their measurement becomes a challenge. Therefore, this study aimed to develop model measure organizational performance with focus on management. To be able do that, we used quantitative research study, characterized as multi-case applied three companies in the metal-mechanic sector southern Brazil.
