摘要: It is proposed to apply cryogenic matrix spectroscopy solve two problems: (i) measurement of the ortho/para ratio in samples water by its IR spectra and (ii) preparation enriched para-water for spectrometer calibration situ. The results preliminary experiments on measurements spectrum “mono-water” an argon at a temperature 15 K confirm applicability method.
