摘要: Microwave breast tumour detection is a non-invasive technique that uses non ionizing radiation. imaging has the potential to achieve early of cancer due high speciflcity and large difierence in electrical properties malignant tissue when compared normal tissue. This paper studies feasibility using UWB signals for imaging. Simulated results Finite-Difierence Time-Domain (FDTD) Method will be presented. A sensibility study variations relative dielectric permittivity skin-surface contour also provided. working prototype microwave developed conventional Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) with time processing capability.
