摘要: This retrospective review examines the open surgical repair of intact juxtarenal (JRAAs) and suprarenal (SRAAs) aortic aneurysms to estimate effects on survival renal function. Patients undergoing JRAA SRAA were identified. Preoperative medical comorbidities perioperative late outcomes recorded. Primary end points (perioperative long-term survival) changes in function (acute tubular necrosis [ATN], acute dialysis, functional decline). Associations between clinical variables examined using univariate multivariate techniques. Between December 1996 September 2006, 678 patients underwent aneurysms, including 150 involving vessels (134 JRAAs, 16 SRAAs). Perioperative mortality was 3% 69% at 5 years. Fourteen percent experienced ATN, 7% required in-hospital dialysis. Late remained unchanged or improved 75%. These results demonstrate a complication rate keeping with previous reports abdominal aneurysm repairs vessels. Future implementation branch fenestrated endografts treat similar should approximate these prior widespread acceptance.
