摘要: Deposited electrodes with periodic geometries are beginning to attract attention in microwave integrated circuitry. In many cases where the interaction substrate materials is important, grounded base may be sufficiently distant insignificant or absent altogether. this paper, equipotential surfaces and flux lines of alternately charged coplanar parallel strips most often encountered these determined aid a sequence conformal mappings. The potential electric field intensity along planes symmetry also evaluated. capacitance characteristic impedance structure obtained terms structural parameters.
