摘要: Despite the evidence of altered white-matter tract property in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), little is known about their unaffected siblings. This study aimed to investigate integrity siblings ASD probands. Thirty-nine (mean age 15.6 ± 6.0 years; 27 males, 69.2%) and 39 typically developing controls (TDC) (14.2 ± 5.6 26 66.7%) were assessed diffusion images neuropsychological tests. Using tract-based automatic analysis threshold-free cluster weighted (TFCW) scores, we searched for segments among 76 tracts largest difference over entire brain compared TDC. Tract was quantified by calculating mean generalized fractional anisotropy (mGFA) values TFCW scores. Unaffected showed reduced mGFA bilateral frontal aslant tracts, right superior longitudinal fasciculus 2 (SLF2), frontostriatal from dorsolateral left ventrolateral prefrontal cortices, thalamic radiations ventral dorsal thalamus, callosal fibers splenium, increased precuneus inferior fasciculus. Among these, SLF2 associated social awareness deficits; impaired internalizing problems, while visual memory deficits. In conclusion, aberrant several which correlated clinical symptoms neurocognitive dysfunction. The could be further examined probands ASD.
