摘要: The lipid and biochemical composition of the haptophyte Isochrysis galbana TK1 was examined. Cultures were grown at 15 °C 30 °C, harvested in exponential early stationary growth phases. Carbohydrate protein content varied two culture temperatures highest found phase carbohydrate same temperature. Lipid accumulated its higher than regardless phase. neutral lipids major class all cultures. had a proportion decreased slightly when temperature increased from to °C. Phospholipid levels remained constant temperatures, but Glycolipids exponentially growing cells those with Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) predominated glycolipids phospholipids. Cells contained 18:3 (n–3) 22:6 corresponding decrease 18:2 (n–6), monounsaturated saturated acids.
