摘要: Abstract A simple and efficient two-step method, vortex-assisted micro-solid-phase extraction (VA-μ-SPE) followed by low-density solvent based dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (LDS-DLLME) combined with analysis gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS), was developed for the determination of trace level phthalate esters in environmental water samples. The analytes were firstly extracted preconcentrated μ-SPE which faster than conventional (6 min compared to 30 min), then desorbed ultrasonication into acetonitrile. latter served as subsequent LDS-DLLME step further pre-concentrated analytes. Six selected model compounds developing evaluating method. Some key parameters VA-μ-SPE LDS-DLLME, such sorbent selection amount, vortex time, type volume DLLME, speed time centrifugation, investigated. Under most favorable conditions, good limits detection (as low 0.006 μg/L) repeatability (RSDs below 9.2%, n = 5) obtained. method applied determine
