摘要: Breast cancer is characterized by its long natural history and variety in clinical course. The new concepts concerning the biological nature of this disease suggest that microscopic dissemination can occur before detection prognosis largely determined heterogeneity. It necessary for all surgical oncologists to understand biologic heterogeneity any given individual order devise most appropriate treatment breast after it diagnosed.
