摘要: Several models which describe population growth and mortality are evaluated discussed using data from a single cohort of Sparus aurata. This fish is commonly used in aquaculture Mediterranean countries. The decision about model to use important, as most ecological deal with transfer energy or matter along the trophic chain. Growth can be constant change during development periods. Although initial final weights estimated different may similar, curves well total amount consumed over time vary considerably period. It suggested that Gompertz parabolic seem more appropriate for description young growth. For older von Bertalanffy equation some modified form adjusted seasonal preferable.
