摘要: Hizikia fusiformis hydroysates by five carbohydrases (Viscozyme, Celluclast, Termamyl and Ultraflo) proteases (Protamex, Kojizyme, Neutrase, Flavourzyme Alcalase) were investigated for their extraction efficacy (yield total polyphenolic content) antioxidative activity (DPPH radical hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity). Ultraflo of the Alcalase selected high eficacy activity. Selected enzymes used to investigate optimum enzymatic reaction time dosage (enzyme/substrate ratio) suitable hydorolysis. Optimum hydrolysis was 3 days observed as 5%. Simultaneously, two Alcalse most effective enzymes. Combination under conditions could intensify materials form H. fusiformis. The hydrolysate obtained combining separated into four different molecular weight fractions (30 kD) recorded content distribution respective ability. fraction 1kD indicated comparatively higher activities related content.
