An analysis e-mail messages between members shows that adopted "hub-and-spoke" structure. bottlenecks, thereby impairing team's effectiveness. The findings underpin proposed set workflow-based solutions improving functioning team. research highlights need better understanding theoretical implications workflow related technologies corporate communication, especially teams.
