摘要: Abstract In optimization analysis by linear programming, uncertainties may exist in model coefficients and stipulations (right-hand side constraints). These can propagate through the generate results. However, among previous methods dealing with uncertainty, some were too complicated to be applied actual problems, unable reflect completely of input output information. this paper, a grey programming (GLP) is introduced civil engineering area. This method allows inputs communicated into process, thereby solutions reflecting inherent derived. A problem solved easily running simplex program several times. The modelling approach hypothetical waste flow allocation planning within municipal solid management system. results indicate that reaso...
