摘要: Dynamic and complex clinical environments present many challenges for effective communication among health care providers. The omission of accurate, timely, easily accessible vital information by providers significantly increases risk patient harm can have devastating consequences care. An nursing handoff supports the standardized transfer critical information, as well continuity treatment, resulting in enhanced safety.
