摘要: Immunization against pathogens induces humoral as well cellular immune responses. While the former is directed toward extra-cellular invaders, latter proteins produced by following their infection of permissive cells. Like other intracellular proteins, viral products are enzymatically degraded into short peptides (9–11 amino acids in length) and presented on surface infected cells association with Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) class I molecules: a requirement for T cell recognition. Vaccines aimed at prevention disease might be particularly effective because they can arm host powerful neutralizing antibodies subsequent infections which results dramatic reduction load pathogen reaching target cell. After hidden host’s cells, system relies predominantly function. Clearing will this point depend balance between efficiency response protective strategies adopted [1].
