摘要: Innovations are being proposed in many countries order to support change towards more sustainable and water secure futures. However, the extent which they can be implemented is subject complex politics powerful coalitions across multi-level governance systems scales of interest. Exactly how innovation uptake best facilitated or blocked these thus a matter important practical research interest cycle management.
