摘要: The presence of intestinal lectin-binding glycoproteins on the cell surface Lactobacillus acidophilus group lactic acid bacteria was examined. cell-surface components were extracted with 2 m guanidine hydrochloride, and electrophoresed by SDS–PAGE followed electroblotting.
