摘要: This paper provides a suite of datasets from standard multivariate distributions and simple high-dimensional geomtric shapes that can be used to visually calibrate new users grand tours. It contains animations 1-D, 2-D, 3-D, 4-D 5-D tours, links starting XGobi or XLispStat on the calibration data sets, C code for generating tour. The purpose is two-fold: providing tour others could pick up modify (it not easy this version which why there are very few implementations currently available), secondly, provide variety training help get visual sense data.
