摘要: Objective Endovascular treatment of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms is a challenge and the durability safety these treated remain unknown. The aim this study was to evaluate clinical long-term angiographic results with coil embolization. Methods Between January 2002 December 2012, 53 embolization were selected. Forty female, 13 male. Twenty eight (52.8%) ruptured aneurysms, 25 (47.2%) unruptured aneurysms. patents' medical radiological records reviewed retrospectively. Results Of coiling alone employed in 45 (84.9%) stent-assisted done 8 (15.1%). initial revealed Raymond class 1 (complete occlusion) 30 (56.6%) cases, 2 (residual neck) 18 (34.0%) 3 sac) 5 (9.4%) cases. mean follow-up period 37.9 months (12-120 months). At last angiographies, seen 26 (49.1%) 16 (30.2%), 11 (20.8%). Angiographic recurrence occurred 22 (41.5%) patients, minor 7 (13.2%) cases major 15 (28.3%). Retreatment performed A suboptimal result on angiography significant predictor (p=0.03). Conclusion angiography. Long-term recommended
