摘要: Summary Ground sieved Jamaican ginger rhizome has been treated with acetone under various conditions and, in each case, the concentration of [6]-gingerol extracted was measured as a function time. The results could be expressed by two intersecting first-order plots and an initial intercept, representing very rapid extraction, followed fast stage subsequent slow stage. At 30°C rate constant c. 95 times smaller than that its activation energy 3.6 larger. not affected solvent flow into particles, or increase stirring speed. These findings, together fact both constants were inversely proportional to square radius pointed diffusion through solid rate-determining step. data also fitted equation So MacDonald (1986). relevance research industrial production oleoresin is out.
