摘要: Peroxidases (POXs) are the key extracellular enzymes produced by crude oil degrading microbes. Knowledge of optimum conditions for POXs activity is crucial providing effective environment bioremediation. In this study, physicochemical properties Actinomyces israelii and viscosus during growth on were studied. The exhibited similarities in stability with striking differences response to two divalent metal ions. from both species had pH 7.0 very stable over a narrow range (6.0 - 8.0). demonstrated similar thermostability exhibiting relative residual 62% at 50°C after 30 min incubation 45% same temperature 60 despite fact that A. temperatures 40°C, respectively. greatly activated Fe2+ 5.0 10.0 mM. strongly inhibited Cu2+, Mg2+ Hg2+. Surprisingly, these congeneric their Ca2+ Mn2+. POX was Mn2+ 136% 106% 5 mM, contrast, 62.5% presence mM each ion. Increasing concentration led further activation inhibition israelii. Results provide deeper insights into functional studied closely related similar; however, notable strong basis structural characterization enzymes.
