摘要: E-government has become a rapidly emerging research field in recent decades. An obvious benefit of deploying e-government service is that the quality improved through integrated services and provided can more flexibly satisfy citizens’ needs. However, adoption rate still relatively low, especially for transactional services. We propose new method, agent-based simulation, to understand how citizens from different social groups choose channels utilize certain kinds governmental over time. In addition, by evaluating public strategies such as propaganda increased technical support, we try identify what kind strategy could attract
