摘要: Abstract The study presented aims at developing a method to reduce the adsorption/retention of surfactants be used for micellar flooding with hard waters. basic idea consists remobilizing retained in reservoir rock by means proper additive capable desorb them. followed approach starts from an evaluation micellization properties solutions anionic surfactant associated nonionic cosurfactant. Then competitive equilibria leading distribution species between monomer, mixed micelle and adsorbed phase onto solid contact solution, are analyzed combining non-ideal solution theory adsorption isotherm each component. calculations applied anionic/nonionic mixtures show possibility decrease presence hydrophilic additive. results series flow experiments porous media confirm that injection such desorbing agent behind slug leads substantial remobilization subsequent their overall losses. An interpretation effects observed is proposed on basis above-mentioned theoretical approach.
