摘要: Given that countless companies have failed to implement organizational change successfully, the success of is increasingly dependent upon employees’ supportive attitudes and behaviors toward for a successfully planned change. Empirical research on role leaders in context per se has been scarce. Hence, aim this study explore mechanism through which transformational leadership influences behavioral support The results, obtained analyzing data from 9 Taiwan, revealed not only affects directly change, but also exerts its indirect effect behavior via self-efficacy.
