摘要: The crystal growth mechanisms of high critical temperature ( T c ) superconducting (HTSC) materials with experimental results single crystals and polycrystalline bulk highly oriented grains are reviewed, especially focusing on YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-δ REBa , the most widely studied HTSC material.
