摘要: Abstract Direct seeding instead of transplanting for rice ( Oryza sativa L.) has increasingly been used in northern and eastern China because labor cost saving. However, poor germinability is still one the major problems faced adoption direct under low temperature (low germinability: LTG) anoxia (anoxia AG) condition. To gain an understanding genetic control seed these unfavourable conditions, two lines, USSR5 japonica type) N22 indica F 2 individuals derived from cross USSR5 × N22 were tested LTG AG. differ significantly both The ranged 0 to 100% after a 10 days incubation. AG 0.0 4.0 cm shoot length. Based on segregation population, linkage map was constructed using 121 SSR markers. covered 1821.5 cM, with mean inter-marker distance 16.7 cM. Eleven putative QTLs detected, each chromosomes 3–5, 7, 9–11, four chromosome 5. alleles all acted increase LTG. Two located 5 11, respectively, at which We propose that could make contribution improving breeding programs.
