摘要: Abstract The extrudate swell ratios of polypropylene (PP) composite melts filled with graphene nano-platelets (GNPs) were measured using a capillary rheometer within temperature range 180–230 °C and apparent shear rate varying from 100 to 4000 s−1 in order identify the effects filler content test conditions on melt die-swell behavior. It was found that values ratio composites increased increasing rate, correlation between them obeying power law relationship, while decreased almost linearly rise temperature. approximately stress, roughly an increase GNP weight fraction. In addition, mechanisms are discussed observation fracture surface scanning electronic microscopy. This study provides basis for further development reinforced polymer desirable mechanical performance good damage resistance.
