摘要: A mutant strain of the cyanobacterium Synechocystis PCC 6803, called PAL, (PC-, ΔapcAB, ΔapcE), lacking phycocyanin, allophycocyanin and core-membrane linker (Lcm), was constructed. The characterized by absorption fluorescence spectroscopy. compensates for absence major PS II antenna increasing its / I ratio. It is stable grows well albeit more slowly than wild type.
