摘要: The design of a 5' conjugated minor groove binder (MGB) probe real-time PCR assay is described for the rapid, sensitive and specific detection African swine fever virus (ASFV) DNA. designed against 9GL region capable detecting 20 copies DNA standard. It does not detect any other common viruses tested in this study. can ASFV range clinical samples. Sensitivity was equivalent to Office International des Epizooties (OIE) recommended TaqMan assay. In addition found have limit 10-fold more than conventional by OIE. Linear ten logs from 2x10(1) 2x10(10). rapid with an amplification time just over 2h. development provides useful tool diagnosis ASF statutory or emergency testing programs research applications.
